The CSSO will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures in coordination with the Program Manager and Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO)
They will manage personnel, physical, and information security requirements for SCI activities
Assist with all aspects of program security management (Prime and Sub-Contracts), to include but not limited to; eCPRL maintenance, scheduling debrief/rebriefs and indoctrinations, badge requests, and submitting eCPRL adds
Administrate personnel security clearance processes to include initial clearance submissions, periodic reinvestigations, and Continuous Evaluation enrollment within the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and the replacement for DISS, National Background Investigations Services (NBIS)
Assist with FCL documentation maintenance in accordance with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)
Requirements will include managing NISS facility profiles, submitting changed conditions packages, and FCL Sponsorship packages
Provide new employee security briefings, exit interviews, and any necessary debriefings
Assist with the coordination and conduct annual security education and training requirements outlined in 32 CFR Part 117 and customer requirements to ensure compliance with requirements
The training requirements will include but are not limited to; Annual Security Refresher briefing and the Annual Insider Threat briefing
Perform access control responsibilities including visitor access and creating access cards for current and new employees
Investigate and submit Security Violation/Incident Reports to the required Government agencies
Assist with the preparations for required annual audits/vulnerability assessments conducted by multiple Government agencies to include DCSA
Maintain a relationship with multiple DoD Agency Representative(s), DCSA Representative(s), prime contractor, and subcontractor FSOs and CSSOs
Safeguard personnel security records containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Assist with annual self-inspections as directed by the 32 CFR Part 117 and the DCSA representative
Administration and processing of incoming/outgoing visit requests
Familiar with completion and submission of DD254s for multiple agencies
Provide security support to Human Resources, Contracts, Talent Acquisition, and Proposal Teams
Provide support to the Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO) as a member of the Insider Threat Program Working Group (ITPWG)
Ability to maintain Security Clearance with a successful polygraph
Position may require local travel to meet with customers
Work Schedule – 40 hours per week, typically Monday – Friday, but can require periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights or weekends, when necessary
