Contracts Admin with TS/SCI

Summary:
Responsible for managing, reviewing, and monitoring business contracts, including financial agreements, company purchases, rental agreements, and business proposals, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and laws.

Job Requirements:

Active TS/SCI clearance. Experience using PD2 software. Fundamental knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, standards, and equipment. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal, financial, and technical documents. Proficiency in arithmetic concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions. Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain procedures. Proficiency in common office applications. Understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs), occupational safety, and environmental regulations.

Preferred Skills:

Relevant training and/or certifications as a Contract Specialist. Knowledge of legislative and regulatory issues related to contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

Create, examine, and monitor contractual agreements, including those for materials and labor suppliers. Serve as the main liaison with external contracting representatives. Handle breach of contract scenarios in a timely manner. Develop and implement effective procurement proposals. Research regulations to ensure contracts are updated and compliant with laws. Coordinate with clients to guarantee fulfillment of contract terms and compliance with regulations. Maintain in-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications. Resolve client complaints and concerns regarding contracts.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $42.00 per hour
