Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Contracts Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills, the ability to learn quickly, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. This role requires building strong working relationships with Sales personnel and internal admin teams, and the capability to handle multiple systems and challenges efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesBuild strong working relationships with Sales personnel and internal admin teams.Learn and adapt quickly to various systems and processes.Perform administrative support tasks, including data entry and document management.Assist with contracts administration and ensure accuracy in documentation.Support the Sales team with contracts and pricing activities.Utilize Microsoft Excel for calculations and data analysis.Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.Essential SkillsStrong people skills and stellar personality.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with contracts administration or related office experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; Associate's degree accepted.Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and/or Model N is a definite plus.Experience in the healthcare industry is very beneficial.Sales support experience is highly desirable.Experience with month-end closing processes is a plus.Work Environment
This position is fully on-site, providing a collaborative and dynamic work environment. You will be working closely with the Sales and internal admin teams, utilizing various systems and tools to support contract administration and sales activities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00
