Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site position performing administrative functions to support the contracts team.
ResponsibilitiesInterpret customer contractual requirements and disseminate pertinent information necessary to process the work to meet contractual obligations.Inform the customer regarding contract status and ensure that billings are promptly issued.Ensure a smooth flow of contractually required information to all internal disciplines and to the customer.Attention to detail and accuracy is essential for this position.Perform other duties as assigned and needed.Essential SkillsContract administrationERP system knowledgeComfortable with very long contractsManufacturing/large industrial experienceOutstanding attention to detailTwo to three years of general business or contract-related experienceExcellent computer skillsWorking knowledge of ERP systemsProficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS ProjectAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a business-related major, or equivalent specialized training, knowledge, and experience.Basic to working knowledge of contracting concepts, Uniform Commercial Code, applicable international law, or public contract acquisitions law.MS Project experience is a plus.Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift on the 1st shift. The dress code is business casual.
