Contracts Administrator
Description Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a Contracts Administrator for their southern New Hampshire client. Please apply if you meet the qualifications. Quick Job Summary: The selected candidate will take on a critical role as a hands-on Contract Administrator responsible for managing the contract lifecycle from initial proposals to closure. This position involves working closely with Project Managers at Normandeau Associates’ multiple U.S. locations, as well as interfacing with upper management and C-suite executives. + Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of proposal and contract management, including reviewing terms and conditions, completing client forms, creating pricing spreadsheets, uploading details to client portals, and handling monthly client reporting. + Assist in drafting and managing agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements, Subcontractor Agreements, and Contract Amendments. + Proofread, edit, and reword proposal content to ensure high-quality and compliant deliverables are prepared within deadlines. + Maintain thorough and organized contractual records such as correspondence, customer contact lists, change orders, insurance certificates, and status reports. + Manage and maintain General Services Administration (GSA) contracts, including preparing and submitting quarterly GSA reports. + Coordinate internal reviews to ensure appropriate audit workflows and compliance checks are completed. + Seek guidance on complex contract terms and conditions from senior managers as needed. + Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Essential Skills and Qualifications:Education: + Bachelor's degree in Business (or related field) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. + Alternatively: Paralegal certification with demonstrated experience. + Experience: + Proficiency in managing contracts in Professional Services firms. + Familiarity with Federal Service contracts. + Hands-on experience using Deltek or similar ERP systems. + Technical Skills: + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). + Understanding of contract management processes, compliance tracking, and client reporting systems. + Soft Skills: + Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. + Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail. + Independent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. + High emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
