Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Contracts Administrator in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry, located in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States. As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing various contracts: SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, consulting, and vendor agreements. You will be directly involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Moreover, you will also contribute to our transition from Agiloft to Coupa, requiring a tech-savvy and organized individual. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain an accurate record of customer credit applications • Handle a variety of contracts including SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, consulting and vendor agreements • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts directly with business stakeholders • Assist in the transition from Agiloft to Coupa database system • Ensure compliance with legal and commercial contracts standards within the biotech and life science sector • Handle overflow work associated with the database transition • Utilize CRM for efficient contract management and amendments. Requirements • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and organize contract details. • Demonstrated experience in creating, reviewing, and amending contracts. • Strong understanding of compliance procedures and regulations in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry. • Degree or equivalent experience in Life Science or a related field is preferred. • Prior experience in a Biotech company or similar environment is advantageous. • Proficient in managing both legal and commercial contracts within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry. • Ability to interpret and communicate complex contract terms and conditions effectively.
