Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Contracts Administrator to oversee the legal terms and the preparation and revision of contracts involving the purchase or sale of goods and services. This role involves close collaboration with the Legal team and Category Portfolio Group Manager to ensure the effective negotiation of commercial terms and the development of standardized contract templates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract governance, administration policies, and procurement processes, and will play a key role in ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.

ResponsibilitiesWork in partnership with Legal to oversee legal terms and the preparation and revision of contracts for goods and services.Collaborate with the Category Portfolio Group Manager to negotiate commercial terms such as price and contract period.Develop practical and effective contract governance and administration policies, processes, procedures, and work instructions for Procurement.Create standardized contract template libraries for recurring purchases and negotiate contract terms and conditions.Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements to ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.Track authorizations and correspondence related to contracts.Maintain detailed and organized files, including audit files for each contract, which will include original contracts, correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, and payment schedules.Prepare contract change, cancellation, and other notices as required.Ensure contractors comply with legal requirements, owner specifications, and government regulations.Conduct ongoing training for procurement professionals and key stakeholders on the contract administration process, policies, and technologies.Administer surveys, prepare reports, and compile data collection and metrics.Essential SkillsContract administrationProcurementContracts managementAdministrative supportExcelLegal termsBusiness servicesMicrosoft OfficeCustomer serviceNegotiationData entryAdministrationAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management with a minimum of 5 years related experience in contract administration in a complex environment.Additional related work experience may be substituted for the degree according to company policy.Paralegal or Contract Administration certification is highly desirable.Work Environment

This is a fully remote position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role offers opportunities for upward mobility within the contracts team, allowing for growth into senior or managerial roles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.62 - $33.88/hr.
