Contracts Administrator
We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator, responsible for managing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for mining projects within the Mining Industry. This position will be based in Gauteng, South Africa.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full life cycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements for various mining projects. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards Involves close collaboration with project management, legal, procurement, and operational teams to facilitate the contract lifecycle, mitigate risks, identify opportunities, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements: Accredited Degree/Diploma qualification in Contracts Administration / Contracts Management. Minimum of 3 years practical experience to Supply Chain Environment / 3 years practical experience in a Contracts Environment. Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology, excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills. Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
