Description Growing tech company in the AI space has an immediate opening for a Contracts Administrator! This Contracts Administrator will join a busy legal team and focus on administrating customer contracts from inception through execution. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and updating a high volume of client contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and managing the contract database in Ironclad. This position requires on-site work in Mountain View, CA and ideally 3-5+ years of experience in contract administration; prior experience in the tech industry and working with Ironclad is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: • Triage high volume of incoming client contracts, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner. • Utilize Ironclad to add and update digital signatures on contracts. • Maintain and update client contract details in the database. • Ensure all contracts are in compliance with legal and company regulations. • Manage the organization and storage of contracts in the database. • Handle amendments and modifications to legal contracts as necessary. • Review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Requirements Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role • Prior experience in the tech industry supporting sales contracts is preferred • Strong technology skills; prior experience using a CLM tool or Ironclad is highly preferred • Familiarity with digital signature technology, ensuring secure and efficient contract signing processes Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
