Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Job Description

Responsible for the receipt, verification, and release of purchase orders/contracts from the customer. Ensure that customer orders are released into the system for production to process. Provide status updates on customer orders upon request and ensure the accuracy of open order reports. Execute customer change activities by coordinating with teammates to ensure schedules, pricing, and engineering changes are acceptable to all parties. Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

ResponsibilitiesReceive, verify, and release purchase orders/contracts from customers.Ensure customer orders are released into the system for production.Provide status updates on customer orders upon request.Run weekly reports to ensure delivery performance and meet shipment revenue goals.Execute customer change activities by coordinating with teammates.Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.Essential SkillsProficiency in Excel, contract management, and order processing.Experience utilizing ERP systems to liaise between customers and the company.Previous aviation experience.Knowledge of SAP and ERP systems.Order entry skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High attention to detail.Ability to work well with others.Basic computer skills.Thorough knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).Ability to speak effectively and respond to conversations.Ability to sit for long periods.Experience dealing with mental/emotional demands of internal/external customers.Work Environment

In-office setting with no work-from-home or hybrid options at this time. First shift/office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The work environment is well-lit and climate-controlled, with moderate noise levels from office machinery and conversations. Occasionally stressful due to the demands of internal and external customers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
