Contracts Administrator (NIH)
Job Description Draft and review federal government contracts, including subcontracts and team agreements, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements such as deliverables, timelines, and reporting.  Oversee the submission and tracking of contractual deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met according to the contract terms.  Assist in proposal development, contract renewals, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.  Monitor and track contract data, including performance, budget, and contractual terms, to ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, and other applicable regulations.  Review and negotiate contract terms, ensuring all deliverables are clearly defined and measurable. Skills and Requirements Prior Experience at NIH  Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field.  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal government contracting, with a focus on contract management and compliance.  Strong understanding of federal contracting processes, including FAR, DFARS, and GSA compliance.  Demonstrated experience in drafting contracts, subcontract agreements, and team agreements.  Familiarity with federal government compliance requirements and tracking contractual data.  Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
