About This Role:

The Contracts Analyst reports to the Global Sr. Manager of Deal Desk and is an integral part of the Deal Desk team and the Finance department. This role needs a highly motivated, detail oriented, and service-focused individual who works well in a team. The successful candidate will handle several areas of the sales quote to order booking process, including order approval, deal negotiation, Sales enablement, e-signature support and document retention, as set forth below.

Job Description:

During a 12 to 18-month ramp, candidate will become expert at the following:

Execute order approval within Salesforce for all deals; collaborate with sales reps and sales management when needed.

Ensure compliance of client contracts with internal business, Finance, and Sales policies.

Resolve exception requests from internal and external stakeholders, review and negotiate complex deals, leverage ecosystem to bring win-win solutions to Sales and Clients

Be a trusted source supporting the resolution of issues from sales representatives and internal constituents throughout the entire quote to order booking process; including but not limited to policies, exception management, system functionality, and go to market strategies and initiatives.

Identify, develop and support implementation of process / system improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness of your role as well as increase Sales productivity

Identify, gather, analyze, and report on key contract metrics.

Participate in ad hoc projects and audits as requested.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field.

One to two years of finance/contracts and/or sales experience.

Keen attention to detail, ability to work under continuous deadlines, and a strong service focus.

Good interpersonal skills: the ability to build relationships and interact with all levels across a multicultural, global organization.

Excellent organization and communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the proven ability to own the role in a team environment.
