Contracts Analyst

WellSky is seeking a Contracts Analyst. This role is responsible for the coordination, production, and administration of the contracting process by preparing and tracking contracts, order forms, amendments, and other negotiated documents.  

 

A day in the life! 

You will be responsible for the following: 

Preparing and drafting contracts, price quotes, invoices, and other negotiated documentsManaging and tracking the administration of all contracts, price quotes, invoices, and other negotiated documentsDrafting and formatting letters, memorandum, and other documentsMaintaining electronic forms and all appropriate paper and related filesProviding support to executive officers as requestedPerforming other job duties as assigned

 

 Do you have what it takes? 

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in a related field2-4- years related work experience
