Contracts Analyst
**Title:** Contracts Analyst **Location:** United States-Illinois-Wood Dale **Job Number:** 16658 Responsible for the day-to-day Customer engagement in support of the Contracts Manager and thorough knowledge of the AAR Customer. Routinely engages with the customer and internal stakeholders to resolve challenges. Can independently manage daily activities buy cultivating strategic relationships with external stakeholders. Participates in meetings with customers, managers and suppliers representing the contract management organization to develop plans, organize work, monitor progress and resolve problems. **What you will be responsible for:** + Review of all new RFQs and RFPs for terms and conditions prior to the processing of the vendor quote. + Receive quote from Product Line Administrator. + Electronically file bids to GOV buying commands or provides PO Contract review determination to internal sales team + Coordinate with GOV buying commands or subcontractors. vendors for amendments to solicitations, when required. + Coordinate with GOV buying commands or subcontractors, vendors regarding the issuance of contract modifications. + Maintain all open customer quote folders. Work cooperatively with other members of the Defense group to ensure the highest service level possible. + This includes actively participating in group meetings, project teams and consistently striving to improve the organization. Ensure that department procedures are understood and followed. + All other duties assigned.
