Please see below for compensation, description, and requirements.** **Contracts Analyst - expected salary range** of $74,700 to $83,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). **Senior Contracts Analyst - expected salary range** of $91,800 to $102,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION** Constellation is seeking a qualified professional with proven experience to join the Constellation retail transactional legal team as a Contracts Analyst or Senior Contracts Analyst. A Contracts Analyst/Senior Contracts Analyst is a key member of the retail transactional legal team, with a responsibility for assisting the commercial team in matters involving the contract terms of its retail commodity business. This includes reviewing, drafting, negotiating, analyzing, and explaining Constellation’s standard retail commodity contract forms with a high level of autonomy.
