Contracts and Licensing Coordinator
Mission Healthcare is looking for an amazing, phenomenal, truly wonderful Contract and Licensing Coordinator to our team.
As our newest Contract and Licensing Coordinator you will verify and maintain the credentials and qualifications of all licensed entities. Support Manager in Administrative tasks related to contracts and Licenses. Maintain accurate contract records and tracking system. Assist in ensuring compliance with state regulations for all registered corporations under the Parent Company. Contract and Licensing Coordinator will often work independently. This requires the employee to be able to manage their workload effectively to meet set deadlines. Strong computer skills are necessary for the input and maintenance of data as well as for performing research regarding licensing or credentialing requirements in their area.  Interaction with other professionals in the industry, office personnel, and the public is standard.
Pay range starting at $ hourly Job Functions/ResponsiblitiesMaintain compliance with all regulatory and accrediting institutions.Assess volume of applications to strategize production for timely outcomes.Facilitate communication with internal and external parties to properly update any needs.Participate in the development of internal credentialing processes.Keep accurate records in licensing, credentials, and insurance contracts.Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.Strong internal and external customer service focus.The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a focus on results.Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsHigh School Graduate withatleast1 years’ experience in the Healthcare Credentialing area preferred.Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power PointDemonstrate effective interpersonal & communication skills to establish & maintain effective working relationships.Skill to compose, proofread and edit documents for accuracy.Demonstrate ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.Demonstrate ability to work in a dynamic environment of sometimes rapidly changing priorities and sometimes frequent interruption.Willingness to learn and participate in a developing program.Can produce a large volume of work with minimal supervision.
