Description We are offering a remote contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Contracts and VM Analyst Sr in Mayfield, Ohio. The individual will be instrumental in reviewing and creating contract terms and conditions and ensuring that all negotiated deals are managed through to execution. The role also involves driving vendor performance and determining what product offerings and capabilities meet the needs of the business. Responsibilities: • Analyzing requirements to determine the appropriate vendor to deliver business needs • Administering the vendor feedback process which includes collecting, integrating, analyzing, and communicating information • Facilitating meetings between vendors and company stakeholders • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Managing and monitoring vendor performance as per contract agreements • Functioning as the point of contact for contract and vendor service issues from business partners and assigned vendors • Developing SLAs and KPIs for inclusion in contract negotiations • Working with appropriate stakeholders to prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs) for new vendor technologies and assists with vendor selection • Driving continuous improvement in vendor performance against appropriate SLAs and KPIs • Coaching and providing on the job training to others on a variety of vendor management topics • Making suggestions for process improvements.
