Contracts Associate Qualifications:

Law Degree (JD / Juris Doctor) is preferred.Experience in academic research administration, grants management, and overseeing the full contract and grant lifecycle.Customer service-oriented approach with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.Ability to lead contract and award negotiations that support national programs providing critical grant funding to community organizations.A professional demeanor to resolve contracting issues and collaborate with sponsors and grantees.Ability to implement innovative contracting strategies that enhance access to vital services and resources, supporting community-driven solutions.Experience overseeing grant and award negotiations for programs providing direct services, community education, and expanding access to legal, economic, and workforce resources.Expertise in providing policy guidance through meetings, briefings, or conferences to ensure compliance with federal grant regulations and best practices.Serve as the point of contact for sponsor program solicitations, ensuring alignment with relevant policy and legal updates.

Shift:

20-40 hrs/week- depending on floater pool needs.Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm.
