ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendor Management
Sourcing and onboarding of new vendors to partner with C&W Services for client locations.Assist with RFP submissions.Educating potential and existing vendor partners on C&W Services compliance and performance expectationsCompliance Monitoring
Ensure vendors meet C&W Services’ and client compliance standards.Provide ongoing customer support and resolve any issues, escalating when necessary.Contract Administration
Issue customized vendor contracts and amendments, seeking guidance from Sr. Contracts & Compliance Coordinator and/or C&W Services Legal Counsel as needed.Execute Internal Change Forms for proper internal record keeping processes keeping in-line with SOX Compliance.Database & Tracking Management
Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets and databases to monitor sourcing efforts, vendor contract and compliance documents.Project Support and General Office Assistance
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management within the Facilities Hub. Support the day-to-day operation of the office, contributing to the overall smooth functioning of the Facilities Hub Team.This position will also provide other business-related functions as requested by Facilities Hub Management.REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education and/or Experience)
Pay: $25.49hr.Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm).Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.Minimum of an Associate Level diploma or equivalent experience.3 to 5 years of professional experience.Able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and effectively manage projects as an individual contributor or as part of a team.Attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization skills, and professional attitude.Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.) Must have excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.Must be well organized and detail oriented, while applying sound judgment and decision-making skills to both routine and non-routine issues that arise.Candidates must be able to work well in a fast-paced/high volume environment, and work well under pressure.Must be willing to continue training in their skill set to maintain knowledge in the latest processes and technologies used for their assigned duties.Must be willing to assist the overall operations of the office when requested in other areas as needs arise.C&W Services is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
