The Contract and Vendor Management Analyst Senior is responsible for creating and reviewing contract terms and conditions with Contract Negotiators and customers, typically less than $500,000 in the Company's spend on goods and services. Ensures that all negotiated deals are properly managed through contract execution. Collaborates with others to drive vendor performance and determine what capabilities and product offerings meet the needs of the business. + You will be working with appropriate stakeholders to assist with HR Transformation vendor integrations that require contracts and statements of work. + You will work with negotiators on the team and will assist them with multiple tasks, as well as their own deals (they'll be shown what to do) + You will be leveraging Excel to conduct pricing analysis, net present value of deals and other financial measures + You will need to perform contract submission, routing, approval, and purchase order execution in COUPA (source-to-pay tool) Additional Skills & Qualifications + Contract negotiations, vendor management, request for proposals, procurement, contract management + Skills in Excel Intermediate level (familiar with formulas and VLOOKUP) + Understands Contractual Language + Excellent Reading Comprehension + Understands Legal Commercial Language + Excellent Negotiating Skills + Organizational Skills and ability to work on multiple projects + Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to internal teams + Experience with COUPA (In lieu of experience with Coupa, familiarity with other source to pay tools (i.e. SAP Ariba, etc) + Technical aptitude and the ability to analyze requirements to determine the appropriate vendor to deliver business needs + Vendor management skills + Analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data from various sources to determine next steps. + Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignment simultaneously + Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to a variety of audiences + Ability to work in a team-oriented environment + Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly + Ability to research and maintain awareness of emerging technology terms and concepts + Facilitation and meeting management skills with the ability to create a framework that encourages participation and productivity + Ability to coach and help others learn knowledge or skills in a specific area Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $47.00/hr.
