Our dynamic Contracts team that supports the delivery of mission critical capabilities across a diverse portfolio of government, commercial and international customers. The Contracts organization is the trusted business partner managing customer relationships, negotiating deals, creating innovative solutions, and providing regulatory knowledge to our customers.
This position is for the FAST Labs Business Area Senior Contracts Director, an essential member of the Contracts and business area leadership team. The position requires a highly organized and experienced Contracts professional with strong leadership, management and communication skills. The selected candidate will support the VP of Contracts in providing leadership to the functional organization, supporting the development and growth of employees, carrying out the vision of the function as well as the overall strategy for the FAST Labs business.
+ Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Provides expert guidance and counsel to the business area VP/GM and adjoining leadership team, while setting functional direction through strategic, legal, and financial analysis
+ Collaborates with senior external customers and stakeholders in the pursuit of new business opportunities and the resolution of significant contractual and business issues
+ Provides leadership direction in the strategic development, management, and deployment of human capital resources in support of the business
+ Responsible for supporting and coordinating multiple classified contracting environments while ensuring compliance to critical business processes needed to operate the business
+ Provides functional leadership and oversight of large, complex Customer proposals including, but not limited to, cost/price and teaming strategies, negotiation, audit, and certification
+ Establishes complex teaming, consultant, and representative agreements to enhance probability of win (Pwin) on new business opportunities
+ Provides assessment and feedback on federal regulatory issues that impact the strategic direction of the business
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a **hybrid** work format, with time split between working **onsite** and **remotely** .

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance
+ Commercial, International, and US Government Contracting experience with understanding of both Commercial and Military Aircraft markets.
+ Significant Proposal Preparation experience
+ Proven competency in team leadership and the development of high performing, diverse teams
+ Business acumen and ability to develop and provide guidance of a strategic nature regarding customers, top line growth and overall performance of the business area.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ MBA, JD or other advanced degree
+ NCMA Certifications/involvement in local chapter
+ Active Top Secret Clearance
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $151300 - $257200
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
