This position is a key member of the TEAS Treasury team and reports directly to Manager Treasury & Cash Management. The Senior Treasury Analyst provides treasury support to 70+ U.S. affiliates including JV’s operating within various resource management systems.

ActivitiesThis position is primarily accountable for managing the cash flows of TEAS shared service entities with the foremost priority of safeguarding these assets by strictly adhering to the internal control framework outlined by Company Treasury.
Provide bank account management and monitoring (system administrator, opening/closing accounts, updating banking powers and user entitlements, KYC bank documentation).Support the affiliate internal loan facilities, reconciling cash positions and monitoring internal debt agreements and interest rate updates.Ensure affiliates adhere to approved loan limits and follow remediation solutions when breaches occur.Ensure treasury compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, SOX controls, delegations of authority, and Company Treasury & Finance Rules.Liaise with legal and business to follow up on the issuance, renewals, release, and amendments of standby letters of credit (SBLC), bank guarantees, and pledges and control associated charges.Participate in the development and update of local procedures for the US Treasury.Supervise onboarding new US affiliates in the QUANTUM treasury management system.Participate in the annual counterparty risk survey (GERICO) for US affiliatesEnsure user access in THEMIS2, QUANTUM and SAP are up to date and aligned with principles of Segregation of Duty.Liaise with the Compliance and Vendor Maintenance team on due diligence and screening of counterparty payments.Provide support during audits to both internal and external auditors.Perform ad hoc requests and assist management with projects and Company Treasury initiatives as needed.Prepare treasury reporting. Candidate Profile Undergraduate degree in Legal or Finance. Graduate degree such as an MBA preferred.Minimum of 5 years in Treasury, Banking role. A total experience of at least 7 years is preferred.Proficiency in online banking system platforms, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and SAP.Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power BI is a plus.Knowledge of business law, contract terms, conditions and trade finance.Strong customer focus with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across the organizationHighly analytical with strong attention to detail; critical thinking with problem-solving skills; ability to work autonomous and as part of a team; strong leadership qualities.Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines; ability to challenge and identify improvement opportunities.
