Contracts Manager – Clothing Retail Industry
Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team in the Clothing Retail Industry. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing all contracts related to our suppliers, vendors, and service providers. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management within the retail industry, strong negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Manage all contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions Ensure compliance with contractual agreements Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues that may arise Maintain and update contract database Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in contract management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract requirements are met Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field 3 Years of proven experience in contract management within the retail industry Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
