Description We are looking for a meticulous Contracts Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This role involves managing contracts, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, and utilizing DocuSign for contract management. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Review and manage contracts in a timely and efficient manner. • Utilize DocuSign to manage and oversee contract processes. • Handle basic commercial agreements, including redlining and negotiating. • Conduct thorough reviews of manufacturing industry agreements. • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all contractual agreements. • Address and resolve inquiries related to contracts. • Monitor and manage contract renewals and expirations. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure contract terms are fulfilled. • Utilize contract negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements. • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Requirements • Proficient in using DocuSign for managing contracts • Proven experience in Contract Negotiation and Redlining • Strong understanding of manufacturing industry standards and regulations • Ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of legal requirements involved in contractual agreements • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or related field is preferred • Proven track record in managing contracts in the manufacturing industry • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
