Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a talented and highly motivated Contracts Manager to support its Technology Programs across multiple Lines of Business (LoB) – with a focus on the Command, Control, Computing, and Intelligence (C3I) LoB. Technology Programs are made up of contracts where CACI will design, develop, and apply technology solutions to solve our customer’s most complex problems.
Responsibilities:
Within CACI, Contract Managers are expected to build trust and respect with our acquisition customers. Contract Managers serves as the official face of CACI, performing negotiations and contract management duties in all phases of our Programs, from pre-award through the full development, production, and sustainment lifecycle. The Contracts function is a strategic business partner responsible for building lasting relationships and delivering balanced and equitable business deals thus ensuring the long-term, mutual success of the of CACI and its Customers.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating US Government and commercial agreements;
• Typically requires an Bachelor degree in business, finance, or related field.
• A demonstrated understanding and strong working knowledge of US Government Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) and agency supplements
• Adept at contract analysis;
• The aptitude to work on diverse contractual issues simultaneously;
• The ability to frame, draft and negotiate agreements;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to ensure that all deadlines are met on time and with a high degree of quality;
• The skill to be persuasive while maintain a positive customer and/or teammate relationship;
• Current or recent National Security Clearance at the TS level with an SCI level clearance and willingness to consent to a government-sponsored Polygraph; and
• Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and/or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or graduate degree, are a plus.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
