We are seeking a highly motivated Contracts Manager for our office in New Iberia, LA, to start immediately.
In this role, you will develop and implement a plan to manage and track all national and strategic account Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and formal contracts. Your responsibilities will include traveling to meet with customers, negotiating terms and conditions, collaborating with team members to gather data for RFP submissions, managing third-party RFP bid platforms, overseeing the national and strategic account database of contracts, and providing ad hoc reports as needed.
Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring, leading, setting expectations, and driving the performance of the contracts administrator who will be part of your team.

Responsible for identifying, developing and acquiring customers.Monitor, control and achieve sales revenue volumes against budgeted targets, monitor forecast and other sales management information.Creates and executes specific plans to identify opportunities that drive market/customer penetration.Assist in direct selling to deliver sales goals, negotiate contracts, initiate proposals and closing deals.Represents the company in all activities associated with accounts/customer support.Spend majority of time targeting, developing and maintaining favorable relationships with existing and new accounts and territories that are in alignment with team and company goals and strategies, through sales, marketing and referrals.Assist in identifying market potential, establishing pricing and market strategies by market research or study.Develop and implement processes and marketing plans which enhance contacts and opportunities within markets and accounts.Monitor and provide support data on competitors' activity in markets and areasWe're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:
