Contracts Manager
Job Description Manage strategic partner and vendor relationships to achieve ADPs goals.  Develop and implement innovative solutions for third-party technology needs.  Proactively ensure mission-critical needs are met while minimizing financial impact.  Maintain dialogues with internal clients and partners to capitalize on opportunities.  Negotiate, close, and draft complex agreements to support ADPs initiatives.  Ensure timely closure of agreements that support ADPs goals and minimize risks.  Lead negotiations and internal strategy meetings.  Provide consultative support to senior management on business, legal, and financial issues.  Conduct financial analysis and advise on funding requirements.  Stay updated on market, industry, and technology trends.  Recommend policy changes and manage compliance with negotiated arrangements.  Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective results.  Perform other related duties as assigned. Skills and Requirements Schedule: Hybrid 3 days on-site in Roseland, NJ flex on the days  3-5 yrs in drafting and negotiating complex service agreements with strategic partners and vendors.
