Steampunk is searching for a Contracts Manager to support our federal business. The primary responsibilities for the position are to perform full acquisition lifecycle contract and subcontract management and administration for the company’s U.S. federal contracts and commercial contracts. In addition to their individual work assignment, the Contracts Manager will supervise contracts administration staff to ensure coordinated and timely performance. The nature of the work requires that the candidate demonstrate initiative, organization, responsibility, customer service, supervisory skills, and the ability to be flexible and adaptive to a fast-paced, fluid business environment. The candidate must be a collaborative team player who thrives in a professional, solutions-focused environment and contributes positively to a cohesive and productive team dynamic. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively and decisively with all levels of the organization and be able to solve practical problems as well as exercise sound judgement about sensitive and confidential information. This is a corporate position requiring on site performance at Steampunk’s headquarters in Tysons Corner, VA, for a minimum of three days a week.
