Description We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role offers contract employment opportunity. As a Contracts Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all corporate agreements, handling contract reviews, negotiations, and follow-ups with clients. You will also coordinate background checks with the HR team and manage data processing agreements and non-disclosure agreements. Responsibilities: • Lead the review and negotiation of corporate agreements • Handle all aspects of contract administration, compliance, and interpretation • Oversee the management of non-disclosure and data processing agreements • Coordinate with HR team for background checks • Follow up with clients on contract matters • Manage contract renewals and modifications • Ensure contract terms and provisions are properly implemented • Handle contract audits and ensure contract law compliance • Utilize DocuSign CLM for contract management • Effectively negotiate contract pricing and terms • Manage the mailbox and system requests related to contracts.
