The Contracts Manager will work closely with our Education vertical to review, negotiate, and coordinate all contractual terms for large complex projects.
Responsibilities:
+ Ensures contract compliance and provides analysis and issue resolution strategy
+ Work with leaders, project management, and construction management staff on contract development, contract monitoring, and other exhibits as needed
+ Serve as subject matter expect/technical lead on preparing bids and process specifications
+ Work with project teams to identify potential risks and areas of opportunity
+ Communicates significant contractual obligations and contract changes
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of contract administration within the construction industry
+ Demonstrated knowledge of handling contracts within the public sector with California DSA experience highly preferred
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
+ Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $175-200K. This will be dependent on the experience and expertise of the incoming candidate.
