Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Contracts Manager, in the cloud computing industry. The role is based remotely in downtown Manhattan, New York. As a Contracts Manager, you will be working with the legal group, focusing on cloud technologies, data privacy, and IaaS software agreements. Responsibilities: • Negotiate and draft contracts related to cloud technologies and data privacy. • Handle IaaS software agreements. • Work closely with the legal group on various projects. • Use your legal knowledge and familiarity with legal terminology in contract management. • Amend contracts as needed to ensure they meet company and legal requirements. • Stay updated on developments in cloud technologies to inform contract negotiations. • Manage contracts in a corporate setting.
