Description **LOCATED IN FLATIRON DISTRICT, NYC** Our client, a well-established nonprofit organization whose mission is to facilitate and advance science and math research, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager on a 3+ month, contract basis. This role reports directly to the General Counsel. Job duties include drafting, reviewing, and managing a broad array of legal documents and contracts (including SaaS agreements, NDAs, services agreements, consulting agreements, licensing agreements, releases, and more) as well as utilizing a CLM system. Role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Law degree preferred. Role is 4 days in office, 1 day remote.
