Description Robert Half Legal is excited to partner with a publicly traded healthcare company searching for a Contracts Negotiator to join their team! This position is fully remote and an on-going contract with potential contract-to-hire if the right fit. Key Duties: + Create, negotiate, and execute agreements, including Multi-Patient Agreements, Fee-For-Service Agreements, and renewals with payors. + Conduct thorough research and analysis of contract terms and rate structures. + Review patient notes, historical system data, claims analyses, and validate benefits and eligibility. + Ensure timely quality assurance and approval of agreements as required. + Provide recommendations and contribute to the improvement of system policies, procedures, and performance. + Lead CI projects to completion, including charters, stakeholder management, and project reporting. Requirements Requirements: + 1+ years of contract language review and redlining experience + 1+ years of contracts negotiation experience required, ideally in healthcare + Ability to assist in financial analysis and interpret financial data to support business decisions preferred The salary range for this position is $18-24/hr DOE.
