Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Contracts Order Analyst III to join their team. As a Contracts Order Analyst III, you will be part of the Land Operations supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Contracts Order Analyst III

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Pay Range: $49.00-59.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Analyze and input lease data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Prepare full and partial releases, assignments, and Exhibit A’s for producing properties. Assist with working monthly calendars for leases. Conduct lease/unit reviews for shut-in wells and process payments, subject to review and approval. Identify and track contractual obligations associated with lease acquisitions, trades, and divestitures.

What's Needed?

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn other computer applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal. Knowledge of Quorum Land System/SAP experience is a plus. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects. 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
