Beacon Hill Legal is actively seeking a talented contracts paralegal for two pivotal projects expected to span approximately six months.

The first project focuses on a critical regulatory filing. This role will involve meticulously coordinating documents submitted to the regulators, who may request additional information within a five-day response window. It is essential to ensure that certain documents are redacted and devoid of personal and confidential information to maintain compliance and protect sensitive data.

The second project presents an exciting opportunity to participate in a significant name change initiative, which entails reviewing an extensive portfolio of 92,000 contracts. You will play a key role in determining whether these contracts can be seamlessly transitioned or if the terms necessitate renegotiation. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our agreements and ensuring a smooth transition.

Mostly remote - they will come in to start with but then it will be remote and from time to time they may need to come in.
