Contracts Specialist
Supports the Vice President Finance, Compliance Officer and Risk Manager in managing and archiving all original contractual agreements for the Medical Center and related entities.  Prepares materials and assists Vice President Finance, Compliance Officer and Risk Manager in ongoing training of hospital personnel on contract requirements. Assists the Compliance Officer and Risk Manager in tracking and verifying Business Associate Agreements and Certificates of Insurance are in place as required for all current contracts. Scans current contracts and pertinent information into a document management system for viewing by the Medical Center's Executive Team.  Manages all original property files for the Medical Center and related entities. Required Qualifications: 

Associate's Degree in Office Administration or equivalent work experience. 1 year of experience working with contracts concepts in a role like administrative assistant

Preferred Qualifications: 

Training as a Paralegal or equivalent work experience. 1 year of experience in healthcare role with office administration related responsibilities Experience managing legal documents
