This will be temporary, fixed-term contracts for 12 months.

Job Description

Responsibilities Include:

Negotiate the terms of commercial contracts for software, cloud and other services including within our contract lifecycle management system;Promote, balance and manage company and customer/vendor interests using a high degree of ingenuity to quickly resolve issues while managing business risk;Regularly coordinate with and validate input from internal organizations and other members of the Legal team to facilitate contract negotiation and execution;Apply judgment using multiple sources of information to resolve contractual issues;Anticipate and solve problems; and Conduct legal research and assist with general corporate legal matters and initiatives as necessary

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S. or equivalent). A legal degree is not necessary, as this is not an attorney role. Fluency in English and Italian, both oral and written Fluency in other European languages is considered a plus Experience with, and enthusiasm for, transactional work, process improvement, legal research and other legal mattersAbility to manage fast-paced workload in a dynamic environment and simultaneously add value to multiple projectsProactive, self-starter who shows project ownership and enjoys working across departmentsSolid organizational and verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word)
