Contracts Specialist

We are assisting our client, a non-profit health organization, in their search for a Contracts Specialist to support contract management and procurement processes. This role involves maintaining supplier agreements, reconciling contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Manage and upload supplier agreements into procurement systemsReview and analyze contract terms and conditionsMaintain contract databases and generate reportsAssist in developing contract templates and clause librariesSupport procurement operations and process improvements

Qualifications:
