Contracts Specialist

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:
- Review, Redline, and Process contracts with clients and vendors for hardware, software, and services
- Assists with corporate contracts, database management, and risk management.
- Assists Attorney and Business Analyst with integral corporate documents and materials, including contracts and agreements.
- Work directly with VP of HR and Business Analyst during corporate transactions
Organizes, indexes, and files all legal documents
- Analyze and organize information in order to produce reports.
- Monitor governmental and industry regulations.
- Work directly with other departments to provide legal support as directed.

Skills and Requirements
Associate degree in paralegal study is preferred or related paralegal experience in a law firm or with a corporate operation
Ability to review contracts/agreements and redline with necessary verbiage
Familiar with legal practices and willing to adapt and learn
Able to multi-task and perform on deadline
Works well under fast-paced pressure while maintaining upbeat and positive outlook.
Able to write routine reports and correspondence.
Knowledge of legal customs and practice, including risk management software.
Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Power Point. null
