Description Established tech company in the Silicon Valley has an immediate opening for a Contract Specialist! This Contract Specialist will join the legal team and report to an attorney. As a Contract Specialist, you will be primarily focused on handling NDAs, SOWs, and purchase orders, while also managing a range of tasks related to contract management. This position is remote but you must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience administrating contracts, prior contract negotiation experience via a playbook is highly preferred. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process NDAs, utilizing an established playbook process for information gathering and client communication. • Handle SOWs and purchase orders, working closely with attorneys when necessary. • Negotiate contract terms based on the playbook guidelines. • Organize contracts folders and manage tracking of contracts. • Summarize contracts as needed for easy reference and understanding. • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency in the contract administration process. • Draft and manage amendments to contracts as required. • Handle redlining of contracts and manage contract negotiations. • Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications and accounts.
