A leading medical institution is seeking a Contracts Specialist. The successful candidate will manage multiple contracts and agreements with high attention to detail, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has experience managing the full lifecycle of contracts and grants, from initiation and negotiation through to execution and closeout.

Contracts Specialist Pay and Benefits:

Hourly pay: $29/hrWorksite: Leading medical institution (San Francisco, CA 94158 - Onsite, Candidates must be located in the Bay Area)W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL40 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment

Contracts Specialist Responsibilities:

Manage multiple contracts and agreements with high attention to detail, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.

Contracts Specialist Qualifications:

Recent experience working in an academic or research setting, working with research contracts, grants, and sponsored projects.Experience managing the full lifecycle of contracts and grants, from initiation and negotiation through to execution and closeout.Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with researchers, faculty, and internal stakeholders.

Shift:

Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm.
