If you are up for the challenge and ready to expand your professional experiences and grow professionally with a thriving organization, we invite you to become a valued member of our team! **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Reviews, drafts and negotiates agreements and transaction documents in compliance with applicable policies and legal and ethical standards, with minimal supervision by more senior Contract Services staff, including in: + Responding, within established guidelines, to customers’ RFP/RFQs, vendor qualification documents and contractual requests; + Drafting and negotiating with customers, appropriate contractual language to reflect the business interests and policies of the parties; + Takes the Contracts Lead role on + Less complex international and multi-BU project contracts; + Less complex frame agreements (single WA); + Takes the Contracts Lead role (including the Global Contracts Lead role on GSAP accounts) on more complex projects and frame agreements as experience develops; + Interfaces with customers, members of the legal team and other Emerson stakeholders to bring deals to closure; + Analyses business, financial, and legal risks; + Researches information on existing agreements and contractual programs, assisting with analysis and compiling data for reports; **Who You Are:** You consistently apply a business driver and marketplace focus when prioritizing actions.
