The Space and Intelligence (S&I) Division provides engineering services and analytic support to the Air Force, Space Force, Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes systems engineering and integration, test planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, developing approaches and concepts to meet emerging, high priority National Defense needs, and assessing and developing cutting-edge computer-based solutions, advanced technologies and progressive capabilities to meet those needs.
The S&I Division comprises the Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), the Space Systems Group (SSG), and the Strategic Technology Analysis Group (STAG), which collectively provide outstanding support to help their customers achieve our nation’s most critical objectives and goals designed to protect the safety and livelihoods of all U.S. Citizens, military forces at home and abroad.

Travel is not anticipated but would occur less than five percent of the time on an occasional and irregular basis and be limited to domestic locations only.

Experience in Federal, DoD, Air Force, and SSC contracting processes and proceduresAbility to lead all aspects of any contract action required by the program office, including but not limited to solicitations, change proposals, funding modifications, and award or incentive fee managementPrior Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO) or Buyer experience in U.S. Air Force or U.S. Space Force procurement. or in a similar roleExperience in performing final Contract closeouts of assigned contractsExperience with the preparation, negotiation, acceptance, and management of government contracts and subcontractsExperience analyzing estimates of material, equipment and production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedulesExperience advising management of contractual rights and obligations and providing interpretation of terms and conditionsExperience recommending changes to policies and procedures QualificationsRequired:
U.S. CitizenActive TS/SCI clearance/access or TS/SCI eligibleBachelors degree in a Federal contracting-related discipline, such as Administration or Procurement, Purchasing, or AcquisitionAt least 10 years of relevant federal contracting experience as an ACO, contractng officer, legal specialist, or similar positionsDesired:
Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), the Defense FAR Supplement (DFARSUP), and applicable U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force contracting and procurement regulationsCompleted training certificates in relevant coursewareCertifications in relevant fields, such as Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) or Certified Federal Contracting ManagerExperience with contract award protest adjudication process
