In this role, you will undertake the following duties:

Project specific codes, standards and regulations and specifications that apply to Automation Project Automation DeliverablesProject quality management system and proceduresAutomation work flowProject Automation database (e.g. Smart Plant).Piping & Instrument drawings (P&IDs)Modeling of offline instruments, Junction box, Air manifold, Local panel etc.3D Modeling Clash check and resolutionJB groupingPreparation of instrumentation location plansPreparation of fire and gas location layoutPreparation cable routing layoutPreparation Tray routing layoutPreparation of Hookup / Installation drawingsAssist with as-building deliverables.

Knowledge/Skills and Experience:

5-14 years of design experience in Upstream Oil & Gas, Refinery, & Petrochemical industry. Candidates having experience in Engineering office of Reputed Consulting Engineering Companies preferably in the field of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals and Chemical sector will be preferred.

Software Experience:

2D and 3D AutoCAD and Micro station, Smart PLANT, PDS, AutoPLANTOther project-specific software toolsMicrosoft Office Suite

Qualification/ Certification:

Diploma or ITI in Instrumentation

Skills Requirement:

International Codes & Standards and Best Engineering Practices that apply to Automation.Basic awareness of quality management system and proceduresGeneral understanding of project management and control proceduresAutomation workflowProject Automation DeliverablesUnderstanding of P&IDs and Process Control.
