Join our Global Banking Control Governance team as a Control Manager Program Associate. This role offers the opportunity to expand your knowledge within CIB Global Banking, build lasting relationships, and gain exposure to senior leadership. You'll play a key role in managing compliance risk assessments and supporting business objectives.
As a Control Manager Program Associate within the Global Banking Control Governance team, you will oversee and support the business by managing the Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) and Compliance and Operational Risk Evaluation (CORE) Program deliverables. You will engage with cross-functional teams, provide insights to senior leadership, and develop your analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage CRA deliverables, including process identification and data quality resolution. Represent GB on firmwide Communities of Practice forums and direct control managers. Manage CORE Program deliverables and serve as a subject matter expert. Create a proactive risk and control culture using proven risk management strategies. Develop presentations and program updates for stakeholders and business partners. Review and analyze program-related data to support business programs and strategies. Engage with control colleagues across various functions and regulators.Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3 years of experience in financial services with compliance and operational risk management. Highly disciplined, self-starter with the ability to execute assignments independently. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
Program management expertise. Office of Legal Obligations and/or CORE Subject Matter Expert (SME). Excellent oral and written communication skills.
