This role on the Financial Accounting and Reporting team is primarily responsible for SG&A and Trade accounting, with a focus on variance analysis, periodic journal entry completion, period end close reporting, governmental reporting, and forecasting while maintaining an effective and efficient control environment. Responsibilities Prepare and complete journal entries including, but not limited to the following: SG&A reclasses and cross charges Trade Governmental Reporting Cash Flow for Balance Sheet Accounts Prepare variance explanations for current period actuals versus current period forecast, AOP, and prior year actuals for four SG&A functional roll ups for submission to FP&A team Work closely with cost center owners within four functional roll ups in order to ensure AOP and forecasts are entered timely and accurately into the system Ensure that balance sheet accounts are reconciled timely and accurately and that issues are resolved Prepare full year cash flow plan, quarterly cash flow forecasts, and monthly variance explanations for balance sheet accounts Identify efficiencies within Control to allow for more efficient preparation and analysis of existing dataEnsure all Sarbanes Oxley procedures are performed, documented, and retained in compliance with each corresponding test script related to SG&A, trade, and recurring journal entry activities Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $65,300 - $101,850 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
