As a Control Room Operator, you will manage equipment setups, diagnose and repair faults, perform maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry standards to maintain efficient and continuous operations.
What We Offer Pay of $23 per hour First Shift | 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Overtime and weekends Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for Advancement Referral bonuses What We Are Looking For High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in a lead role and control room operations Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, and twisting as required by the job Ability to work in both extreme heat and cold conditions What You Will Do As A Control Room Operator Acquire and maintain knowledge of safety procedures, process layout, desired technical conditions, process visualization systems, and data analysis Select and load correct chemical components to complete setups and satisfy targeted orders Execute methods to test and verify penetration and recovery according to stakeholder requirements Control non-conforming products and processes to ensure quality standards Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in equipment Perform maintenance and minor repairs to ensure continuous operation, providing field assistance as needed Conduct preventative and autonomous maintenance activities to support operational efficiency Understand and comply with TPI Timber Products Inspection, Inc. and AWPA American Wood Preservative Association standards, as well as any relevant certification requirements and documentation
