**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Design, develop, and implement control systems for manufacturing processes.
+ Troubleshoot and optimize existing control systems to improve efficiency and reliability.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for control systems and processes.
+ Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams.
+ Field and resolve local IT infrastructure issues, inclusive of server maintenance, network connectivity, and troubleshooting.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Strong understanding of control systems and automation technologies.
+ Proficiency in programming languages such as PLC, HMI, and SCADA.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
