Develop and implement the company’s controlled substance compliance program (CSCP) plans to identify controlled substance compliance risks, implement effective mitigation strategies and support required compliance reporting. Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to maintain an effective CSCP.  Has a deep knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including but not limited to the Controlled Substance Act, and the rules and regulations overseen by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for controlled substance compliance matters and educate and collaborate with leadership as well as business and division teams regarding the impact of existing, new, and changing requirements pertaining to these programs to help ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
