This is a fast-growing company and they are specifically looking for candidates that have experience leading accounting teams at small organizations.\r\n

The duties and responsibilities of the Controller are as follows:\r\nEstablishing in house accounting system infrastructure, policies and procedures for a growing medical corporation.\r\nInvolvement in acquisition and merger analysis and integration.\r\nProvide accounting department operations (G\/L, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and payroll).\r\nPerforming monthly review and analysis of all general ledger accounts ensuring accurate and timely monthly close.\r\nProvide facility and corporate P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.\r\nHelp prepare financial reports for Ownership.\r\nPerform ad-hoc analytics.\r\n\r\n
